Dovey Magnum

Reggae and dancehall artist based in Atlanta who was named Atlanta’s top newest reggae recording artist three years in a row. She’s released a total of six LPs. Dovey Magnum is a well known Reggae Singer. Born in Spanish Town, St Catherine, Dovey Magnum (given name Simsky Kimberly Hamilton) grew up in St Ann. She attended Ocho Rios Primary and then the high school in the parish. While attending high school, she was drawn to music and started a group called Magnum Ladies. She migrated to the United States in 2002 and made her first recording in 2012. She hasn't looked back since
