SKY BAD

Sky Bad began his journey as a party DJ between 2018 and 2020. After being expelled from college, he decided to take music production more seriously and fully pursue his passion for music. Music had always been a major part of his life growing up, as he played drums in church from an early age. His passion eventually evolved into DJing during his fourth form year in high school, before later transitioning into composing and songwriting.

Sky Bad’s distinctive sound and creative style quickly helped him become a recognized name in dancehall music. He has composed several popular singles for artists such as Squash (“OHH LALA LA,” “EXCELERATE,” and “FI TRUE”), Daddy1 (“BRO GAD” and “SHARE IT”), Teejay (“BADMIND & JEALOUSY” and “HOW”), AceGawd (“KNOCKA”), and Tommy Lee Sparta (“GODFATHER,” “LEGENDS,” and “VANILLA”).

He also composed six tracks on Khago’s album “Walk A Mile,” which peaked at #2 on the Billboard Reggae Album Charts. Expanding his artistry even further, Sky Bad later began writing and recording his own music, releasing the single “Strong Now” alongside dancehall artist Squash.
